We protect every transaction on Digimarket.info
Safe online business exchange rests on three pillars: secure payments, verified transaction parties, and clear rules. Below we explain how each of these works in practice on Digimarket.info.
Manual listing verification
We check every project before publication: product functionality, domain and repository ownership, and consistency of metrics. Verification is free of charge.
Seller identity verification
Every seller undergoes identity document verification. A Verified badge appears on their profile and in every listing.
Encrypted communication
Messages between transaction parties are private — end-to-end encrypted and visible only to the sender and recipient.
Handover checklist
Code, domain, accounts, and documentation — each item confirmed separately. Rights-transfer contract templates are available in the panel.
GDPR / DSA compliant data handling
Full GDPR documentation and DSA notice-and-action procedures.
Anti-fraud and fraud detection
Every new listing is screened by an AI model that detects implausible multiples, copied descriptions, and suspicious pricing patterns.
Payment security
Payments for the optional Premium Listing are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS, 3D Secure). Digimarket neither sees nor stores card data and does not act as an intermediary for the project payment.
Infrastructure and backups
Data hosted on EU servers (Frankfurt/Ireland). Daily backups. Targeted uptime of 99.9%.
Trust Policy — Operator Status and Transaction Rules
An excerpt from the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We publish it directly so that every user knows who runs the service, who is a party to the agreement, and what fees the Operator charges.
1. Service Operator (Beta phase)
The Digimarket.info service is operated by Łukasz Duszak — an individual operating under the unregistered business activity regime (Art. 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law), correspondence address: Żyrardów, Poland, contact: kontakt@digimarket.info. The platform is in the Betaphase: verification and moderation features operate in production, while other modules are under active development and may change. We announce any material rule changes with 14 days' notice.
2. Transaction Model and Fees
Listing on Digimarket.info is free — manual verification is included at no cost. The purchase transaction takes place directly between the Buyer and the Seller — the Operator does not accept, hold, or distribute funds for the project and does not charge a sales commission. Listing is free; the only optional paid service is the Premium Listing ($49) for extra visibility, processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — a licensed EU payment institution; the Operator has no access to payment card data. For larger amounts, we recommend that the parties use an independent escrow deposit or a settlement broker issuing a VAT invoice.
3. Legal Nature of the Transaction
The sale of digital assets is a civil-law agreement concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller. The Operator is not a party to this agreement — it provides the technical infrastructure, manual listing verification, and violation-reporting procedures. Responsibility for the assets' conformity with the description and for tax settlements rests with the parties to the transaction.
4. GDPR Clause (controller who is a natural person)
The controller of your personal data is Łukasz Duszak, Żyrardów, Poland, contact: kontakt@digimarket.info. We process data to operate the account and carry out transactions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfill legal obligations (point c), for marketing purposes based on consent (point a), and to ensure the security of the service (point f). Recipients of the data are limited to providers necessary to deliver the service (e.g., payment operator, hosting, email). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to your data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the transaction features.
5. Listing Verification
Sellers may verify domain ownership (a DNS TXT record or an HTML file), traffic from Google Analytics 4, and revenue (a Stripe import or manual acceptance of evidence by an administrator). Verified items are marked with trust badges on the listing card. Badges are granted solely by the verification system or an administrator — sellers cannot award them to themselves.
