When a refund is due
- The seller did not transfer the assets within 30 days of payment — 100% refund.
- Material discrepancies from the description are confirmed — a proportional or 100% refund after mediation.
- A duplicate charge — refunded immediately.
When a refund is not due
- After the buyer has confirmed receipt of the assets.
- The buyer changes their mind without contractual grounds.
- A decline in business performance after purchase (risk borne by the buyer).
Procedure
A refund request is submitted by opening a dispute in the user panel. We review it within 14 days.
