Before buying
- Analyze the metrics: revenue, profit, traffic sources, maintenance costs.
- Ask the seller for access to the payment dashboard / GA4 (read-only mode).
- Verify the tech stack, technical debt, and dependencies.
- Check the copyright to the code and brands.
Purchase
The purchase transaction takes place directly between the Buyer and the Seller. The platform verifies listings, provides chat, contract templates, and a handover checklist, but does not mediate payment for the project. For larger amounts, consider an independent escrow service or a settlement broker with a VAT invoice.
After the purchase
Confirm the transfer of every item on the checklist (code, domain, accounts, documentation). Report any policy violations to us via the content report form.
