Secure Transactions Policy

Digimarket.info · Ostatnia aktualizacja: 2026-09-15

1. Transaction model

Listing on Digimarket.info is free — manual verification is included at no cost. The purchase transaction takes place directly between the Buyer and the Seller. The Operator does not accept, hold, or distribute funds from the sale of the project and does not charge a transaction commission.

2. Transaction stages

  1. The seller submits a listing for free — manual verification is included at no cost ($0).
  2. Once approved, the listing appears on the Project Showcase.
  3. The parties communicate via the built-in chat and agree on terms and payment method.
  4. The transfer of assets (code, access, domain, customer database, documentation) is confirmed with a handover checklist.

3. Securing payment between the parties

For larger amounts, we recommend that the parties independently use an independent escrow provider (e.g., Escrow.com) or a settlement broker issuing a VAT invoice. The Operator only provides links and document templates — it is not a party to such a service.

4. Disputes

The Operator does not handle the parties' funds and therefore does not settle disputed transactions. You may report a listing or user violating the rules — we review the report and, where justified, remove the listing and suspend the account.

5. Fees

Listing and manual verification are free ($0). No sales commission, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees. The only optional paid service is the Premium Listing ($49) for extra visibility.

6. Payment processing for the optional Premium Listing

Payments for the optional Premium Listing are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — a licensed EU payment institution. The Operator does not store payment card data.
