AIVONEX was built as a bootstrapped, full-stack AI software platform rather than a prototype. It includes multi-agent AI orchestration, automated project execution, QA and remediation workflows, staging and deployment processes, a client portal, owner review controls, CRM/workspace functionality, proposals, contracts, signatures and payment workflows. The platform is live and functional, with 608 source files and approximately 113,000 lines of source code across the frontend and backend. It is currently pre-revenue with no paying customers. Existing workspaces are development/demo environments rather than customer accounts. The project is designed so a buyer can continue development, commercialize it as SaaS, operate it as an AI-powered software delivery business, or adapt the technology for a white-label offering. Source code, transferable IP, domain, brand assets and supporting documentation can be included in the acquisition.
