Description

Ghost Labs AI is a built-out AI business-systems company designed around finished operating IP rather than generic prompts or a single AI wrapper. The acquisition includes 110 finished release packages spanning 80 Role Systems, 20 Department Systems and 8 cross-functional Operating Systems, supported by 1,446 evaluation cases and 670 templates. The catalog covers real business functions including executive operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, customer success, procurement, project delivery, AI/automation operations and Federal Contractor Operations. Individual systems can include structured instructions, context architecture, workflows, output specifications, human-approval gates, failure and escalation logic, evaluations, templates, deployment guidance and version control. The sale includes the GhostLabsAI.com brand and domain, live commercial storefront, transferable source code and product library, Complete Company OS, Automation & Deployment Library, membership architecture, Partner licensing model, implementation-service structure, Federal Contractor product line, administrative/database foundations and defined deployment/export architecture. The commercial model already supports several revenue paths: one-time Role, Department and Operating System sales; Complete Company OS purchases; recurring Ghost Labs Access memberships; Partner licensing; Workflow Build Sprints; Operations System Builds; and higher-ticket Federal Contractor Operations services. Ghost Labs has generated a small number of initial one-time sales since launch, but the business remains very early in commercialization. There has been little meaningful paid advertising, no scaled outbound sales operation and no mature affiliate or distribution program. Most effort to date went into building, standardizing, testing and packaging the product inventory rather than customer acquisition. That is the primary acquisition opportunity: the next owner does not need to spend months building the underlying inventory. The product library, brand, storefront and technical foundation are already substantially built. A buyer with an existing audience, agency, consulting practice, distribution channel or sales team can focus on marketing, recurring memberships, licensing, vertical industry editions and higher-ticket implementation services. Ghost is designed to remain platform-agnostic, allowing customers to use systems within their own AI/runtime environments rather than requiring them to remain inside a proprietary hosted AI platform. The asking price is based primarily on the finished product/IP inventory, software foundation, brand, documentation and replacement time rather than a mature revenue multiple.

How the escrow transaction works

  1. 1. Payment to escrow

You pay for the listing — funds go to an escrow account, not directly to the seller.

  2. 2. escrow_held — funds secured

Funds are locked. The seller transfers the domain, code and access.

  3. 3. in_inspection — inspection period (7 days)

Check the assets you received and confirm receipt to release the funds.

  4. 4. completed — funds released

Transaction complete. The business is now yours.

Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm receipt of the assets.
