Description

FieldFlow Audit — Functional B2B Field-Service Operations Audit MVP FieldFlow Audit is a functional pre-revenue MVP designed as an independent quality-control and prioritisation layer for field-service businesses. The application takes a field-service CSV export and helps identify operational items that may deserve management attention, including potentially unbilled completed work, missing or unclear evidence/documentation, repeat visits, duplicate job identifiers and other data-quality issues. The current MVP is a standalone browser-based application built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It processes the uploaded CSV locally in the browser and does not require a database, external API or paid third-party service. The workflow is straightforward: upload a field-service CSV, confirm the detected field mapping, run the audit, review prioritised findings and download a management report. The MVP includes: CSV upload and validation Field mapping confirmation Audit and prioritisation workflow High-priority job identification Potential unbilled-work review Evidence/documentation gap detection Repeat-visit flagging Data-quality checks Duplicate job-ID warnings Customer-level review information Downloadable management report Safe demonstration data for buyers to test the workflow FieldFlow Audit is positioned to complement existing field-service management and accounting systems rather than replace them. The current product is a working MVP and is not being represented as a production SaaS platform. The project is currently pre-revenue and has no paying customers or revenue to claim. The buyer would acquire the existing MVP and its associated source code and assets, subject to the sale terms. A potential development path would be to turn the MVP into a hosted SaaS product with user accounts, secure cloud deployment, automated imports, integrations with field-service platforms, configurable audit rules, dashboards, notifications and subscription billing. The existing MVP provides a working foundation for a buyer who wants to develop an independent operational-audit product for the field-service market.

How the escrow transaction works

  1. 1. Payment to escrow

You pay for the listing — funds go to an escrow account, not directly to the seller.

  2. 2. escrow_held — funds secured

Funds are locked. The seller transfers the domain, code and access.

  3. 3. in_inspection — inspection period (7 days)

Check the assets you received and confirm receipt to release the funds.

  4. 4. completed — funds released

Transaction complete. The business is now yours.

Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm receipt of the assets.

Ask the seller

Ask about revenue, tech stack, or the handover process. The conversation stays within the platform.
