SEREIUM is a pre-revenue Forex software asset for a technical buyer. Asking price: US$2,000, open to offers. Includes an authenticated Node.js dashboard, Python API, native Rust scalper, account isolation, risk controls and durable order records. The codebase includes account-scoped decision evidence and learning, durable starting/peak-equity observations, and pause/stop controls preserved across restarts. Missing historical attribution is not reconstructed or presented as verified learning evidence. Included: application source, seller-attested branding/design assets, deployment documentation, acceptance tools and sanitized technical evidence. As checked on 29 October 2026, GitHub main and both Railway application services identified release 26ce2c2, with 346 tracked repository files; GitHub main was rechecked on 30 October. Source review and a supervised paper-demo walkthrough are available. Recorded release tests and isolated recovery checks are software-verification evidence, not trading-performance evidence or production infrastructure recovery certification. Important limitations: the hosted demonstration is OANDA practice-only. Its recorded history includes six practice closes and a pause after four consecutive losses against the existing three-loss limit. The 4% drawdown limit is preserved. Earlier checks found zero open positions or pending orders; the 29 October API startup log confirmed restoration of paused controls. These observations do not represent a continuously verified account state. Autonomous execution requires a verified paper account. Profitable performance, revenue, customer numbers and future returns are not represented. cTrader Open API adapter and Windows MetaTrader 5 gateway source are included, but external account/gateway acceptance remains unfinished. Production infrastructure recovery, restoration of existing production credentials and buyer-operated takeover require separate acceptance. The buyer supplies hosting, broker accounts and private credentials. Third-party software is not sold as exclusively owned SEREIUM intellectual property. Dependencies and components remain under their respective licences, with copyright/licence notices retained. Examples include python-telegram-bot 22.7 (LGPL-3.0-only), psycopg2-binary 2.9.11 (publisher declaration: LGPL with exceptions), and the Node Argon2 0.44.0 dependency (MIT); the current web lock also contains ISC and BSD-2-Clause packages, including development/test dependencies. Rust dependencies include PyO3, Serde, serde_json and their locked transitive crates. The Windows MT5 gateway requires the separately installed MetaTrader5 SDK and terminal; broker, hosting and terminal-provider access is not included. Optional ML package declarations do not include rights to model weights or datasets. The exact delivered revision, dependency schedule and applicable notices form part of final due diligence; complete native/OS and distribution-specific notice coverage is not certified. Sold as-is, subject to an agreed asset schedule and final purchase terms. Seller brokerage, email/social and hosting accounts, passwords, API/OAuth tokens and private trading history are excluded. No custom domain, custom development, deployment service, ongoing hosting/support or performance guarantees are included.
