Description

Contractor bid estimator web app for small contractors — built and working, ready to run as your own product. What it does: - Itemized bids: materials + labor lines, markup, profit, and tax math, payment schedules - Invoices from bids, including installments, with paid/unpaid tracking - Jobs with daily logs, plus reports across bids, invoices, and clients - Whole-house scope with room breakdowns and an 11-phase build checklist - Voice input for scope, client details, and job logs - Job photos saved with the bid as documentation - AI paperwork drafting: turns plain words into a professional scope and bid lines (the AI never sets prices — the contractor fills those in) - Message drafts (bid ready, follow-up, payment reminder), email via the contractor's own email app, printable bid packs, and client day sheets Honest limits (no surprises): - No online payments, no customer portal, no QuickBooks sync, no GPS/dispatch - No accounts or cloud sync — each contractor's data stays on their own device - AI features need the buyer's own Gemini key (free tier works at low volume) - Pre-revenue: no paying users yet. This is priced as ready, working code — not as a business with income. Try the live demo before you buy: https://homegearpicks-bid-estimator.homegearpicks.workers.dev/ What the sale includes: - Full source code and the right to run, rebrand, and sell it as your own product - Handover notes for deploying it on your own Cloudflare account - The HomeGearPicks name stays with the seller — the buyer rebrands Terms: sale through escrow only (e.g. Escrow.com). Code transfers after payment clears. No account passwords are ever shared.

What's included

  • Source code
  • Documentation

How the escrow transaction works

  1. 1. Payment to escrow

You pay for the listing — funds go to an escrow account, not directly to the seller.

  2. 2. escrow_held — funds secured

Funds are locked. The seller transfers the domain, code and access.

  3. 3. in_inspection — inspection period (7 days)

Check the assets you received and confirm receipt to release the funds.

  4. 4. completed — funds released

Transaction complete. The business is now yours.

Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm receipt of the assets.

Ask the seller

Ask about revenue, tech stack, or the handover process. The conversation stays within the platform.
