It is live now at pivotaljobs.com, with the code and domain included. What it is: Pivotal Jobs is a UK career-transition and workforce-risk platform. Employers get the staff-list analyser and report. Workers get a stability score for any job, a redundancy recovery plan, a skills and training view, live job listings and an AI career coach behind a sign-in. Honest status: pre-revenue. No verified paying customers, and I am not quoting any user or traffic numbers. You are buying a finished, working product, not a business with income. What is real and working: - Staff-list analyser: upload names and roles, get per-person risk, stability tier, summary tiles, a CSV export and a four-page PDF report. - Stability Score: a 100-point score from five parts (occupation resilience, opportunity, funding access, skills readiness, preparedness) with optimistic and pessimistic forecasts. - A dataset of 32 occupations, a UK regions view and a live Reed jobs feed. - Sign-in with Clerk. Stripe billing with a 14-day trial at checkout. Resend email. Privacy, terms, cookie and about pages. - AI career coach that requires sign-in (signed-out requests are rejected). - Recent clean-up: fake testimonial removed, Enterprise moved to "Contact sales". - A Flexible Support Fund supplier application was submitted to the DWP on 23 October 2026. It is not approved and I make no claim about the outcome. Known gaps, so there are no surprises: - Risk scores come from a hand-written dataset of 32 occupations, not a trained model. The redundancy wizard and the PDF text use fixed example figures, and the sample report is illustrative data. - Production reference data (transition routes, funding sources, recommendations) still needs seeding, so live uploads currently show blank routes and funding. - No overall AI spending cap yet. - Stripe webhook handling needs idempotency added. - The Adzuna jobs integration returns an error; Reed works. - About 33 typecheck errors that pre-date the clean-up. Included: full source code, the pivotaljobs.com domain, the brand, the database schema, Stripe plan and Clerk setup notes, and a written handover guide. This is an asset sale (code, domain, brand), not a sale of the company. You will need your own host, Clerk, Stripe, Resend and Reed accounts. Tech stack: React, Tailwind, shadcn, Express 5 + TypeScript (pnpm monorepo), Postgres with Drizzle, Clerk, Stripe, Resend, Reed API, PDFKit, OpenAI. Hosted on Replit, portable to any Node host. Handover: payment through Escrow.com, released once the code and domain have moved. Why I am selling: I am a solo founder focusing on other projects.
