Description
ComplyCraft Pro is a substantial vertical SaaS platform built specifically for construction safety, EHS and field compliance operations. It was designed from real-world heavy-civil and multi-site safety experience rather than as a generic software product adapted to construction later. The platform brings together core jobsite safety and compliance workflows including AI-assisted JHAs, toolbox talks, safety plans and manuals; OSHA 300-series recordkeeping; incident management; inspections and corrective actions; permits; employee training and credential records; project and crew management; document storage; signing workflows; compliance scorecards; weather-related safety information; administrative controls and subscription/billing infrastructure. The acquisition also includes three differentiated product areas: PassportIQ for worker readiness and credential visibility, PermitNav for permit intelligence and workflow support, and ComplyResponse for emergency-response and preparedness operations. The latest technical audit identified 85,943 executable production lines of code plus 12,045 lines of test source, 108 application database tables, 111 physical database tables and 1,126 passing automated tests across 274 test files. TypeScript checks completed with zero errors. ComplyCraft is currently in the early commercial stage. The sale is therefore not being positioned as an ARR-multiple acquisition. The value is primarily in the finished technology, specialized construction/EHS intellectual property, product architecture, brand and time-to-market available to a buyer with an existing distribution channel. The strongest buyer is likely an existing construction software company, EHS/safety platform, contractor-management or credentialing provider, insurance/risk technology company, public-works software operator, safety consulting/training organization or vertical SaaS portfolio that already serves contractors and can cross-sell the platform into an established customer base. A strategic buyer does not need to spend the next year designing the safety workflows and building the underlying platform. The primary opportunity is commercialization: integrate ComplyCraft into an existing construction technology ecosystem, expand enterprise integrations and mobile capabilities, productize the premium modules, and take the software to a customer base that already exists.
