Description

Wallethra is a functional pre-revenue Web3 security SaaS MVP for analyzing public Ethereum wallet addresses and identifying potential risk signals before users interact with them. The platform is already deployed and publicly accessible. It provides real Ethereum blockchain data through Alchemy, deterministic risk analysis, wallet activity and reputation checks, analysis coverage indicators, and domain/phishing verification. Wallethra operates in read-only mode and never requires a seed phrase, private key or transaction signature. Current status: pre-revenue, 0 paying subscribers and 0 MRR. The product is built and functional; commercialization and customer acquisition remain opportunities for the buyer. The sale includes the complete Next.js/TypeScript source code, Wallethra branding and assets, risk/scoring architecture, Ethereum integration, modular reputation system, responsive desktop/mobile interface, technical documentation, installation/transfer guides and an automated test suite with 197 passing tests. The architecture is prepared for future monetization through Premium subscriptions and paid analyses, as well as future AI-assisted analysis. Additional growth opportunities include more blockchain networks, B2B/API access and additional security/reputation providers. 14 days of reasonable technical handover support are included after the sale. Personal API keys and seller accounts are not included and must be replaced by the buyer.

How the escrow transaction works

  1. 1. Payment to escrow

You pay for the listing — funds go to an escrow account, not directly to the seller.

  2. 2. escrow_held — funds secured

Funds are locked. The seller transfers the domain, code and access.

  3. 3. in_inspection — inspection period (7 days)

Check the assets you received and confirm receipt to release the funds.

  4. 4. completed — funds released

Transaction complete. The business is now yours.

Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm receipt of the assets.
