Description
TextFabriken AI is a functional pre-revenue AI product built for Nordic e-commerce workflows. It converts raw product data into structured, sales-oriented and SEO-ready product descriptions in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish and English. The product supports PDF, TXT, DOCX and direct-text input, bulk generation, configurable tone and publishing goals, individual product editing, saved product lists and export to Word, CSV and Excel. The sale includes the full source code, existing branding and visual assets, landing page, AI generation workflow, import/export functionality and deployment structure. The buyer may rebrand, integrate or further develop the product. Current stack includes Python, Streamlit, SQLite, Groq API, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, pypdf, python-docx and openpyxl. The product is live and functional but currently pre-revenue. Authentication, payments and production-grade multi-user persistence have not yet been implemented. Third-party accounts, API credentials and personal hosting accounts are not included in the transfer. The buyer will configure their own API and deployment credentials during handover.
How the escrow transaction works
