ECHO: LAST TENANT — Complete Unity Psychological Horror Game
Complete Unity psychological horror game with a fully implemented storyline, playable from start to finish. Includes the full Unity project, original C# source code and original game IP.
Description
ECHO: LAST TENANT is a first-person psychological horror game developed in Unity for Windows PC. The full storyline is implemented and the game is playable from start to finish. Core gameplay systems, interactions, scripted horror sequences, environments, lighting, sound implementation and narrative content are already integrated. The sale includes the complete Unity project, original C# source code, scenes, prefabs, current playable Windows build, original game design and storyline, and rights to the original IP created specifically for the project. The game has never been commercially released or listed on Steam and has generated no revenue. The remaining development is primarily focused on visual improvements, optimization and final polish. The project contains third-party assets used under their respective licenses. Third-party assets remain subject to their original license terms, including any attribution or transfer restrictions. Any assets that cannot legally be transferred will not be represented as owned IP. I am selling the project because I am a solo developer and want to focus my time and resources on other game projects.
How the escrow transaction works
- 1. Payment to escrow
You pay for the listing — funds go to an escrow account, not directly to the seller.
- 2. escrow_held — funds secured
Funds are locked. The seller transfers the domain, code and access.
- 3. in_inspection — inspection period (7 days)
Check the assets you received and confirm receipt to release the funds.
- 4. completed — funds released
Transaction complete. The business is now yours.
Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm receipt of the assets.
