Description
Luter is a fully built and deployed work-management SaaS for freelancers, consultants and small teams. It combines task management, Daily Plan scheduling, client follow-ups, inbox, calendar integrations, time tracking, analytics and Lume decision-support in one workspace. The codebase is built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL and Vercel. It includes Google and Microsoft integrations, database migrations, deployment configuration and 2,676 passing automated tests. The sale includes the complete source code, related IP rights, current branding and the getluter.com domain. Luter is currently pre-revenue with no active user base and is being sold as a complete software asset rather than an operating SaaS business. Google OAuth is currently in Testing and public Gmail restricted-scope verification has not yet been completed. Microsoft integration is configured for external users, with publisher verification still pending. Reasonable technical handover support is included.
