Description

OpsCoreFlow is a pre-revenue, custom-built B2B operations platform designed to turn emails, documents and operational requests into controlled, auditable workflows. The platform includes six vertical modules covering Energy, Telecom, Insurance, Real Estate, Accounting and Tax Compliance / U.S. Sales Tax. They share a governed core with Evidence and Decision Engines, Maker-Checker controls, RBAC, document processing, AI orchestration and audit/provenance capabilities. The sale includes the functional OpsCoreFlow product, buyer-deliverable source code, opscoreflow.com domain, website and brand assets, technical and architecture documentation, tests, deployment/reproduction materials and buyer handover documentation. OpsCoreFlow currently has no active paying customers and no proven revenue. The architecture is modular and can be extended with additional industry modules or adapted for other B2B operational workflows. Production secrets, personal account credentials and customer/legacy data are excluded from the sale package. Certain reusable generic technologies and architectural components are subject to documented retained/shared IP terms. The buyer receives the rights and buyer-deliverable materials required to operate, modify and commercialize OpsCoreFlow under the final transaction agreement. Confidential buyer-package and due-diligence materials are provided only through controlled handover. Reason for sale: I am focusing on other projects and would like a buyer to take the platform forward. Reasonable post-sale handover and technical guidance will be provided.

Growth opportunities

Commercial launch and customer acquisition are the primary opportunities. A buyer can introduce B2B SaaS or software-licensing plans, target customers across the six existing vertical modules, build industry partnerships, add new vertical modules through the modular architecture, and expand integrations with external business systems. The existing product, deployment materials and technical handover provide a starting point for go-to-market execution rather than requiring a rebuild.

How the escrow transaction works

  1. 1. Payment to escrow

You pay for the listing — funds go to an escrow account, not directly to the seller.

  2. 2. escrow_held — funds secured

Funds are locked. The seller transfers the domain, code and access.

  3. 3. in_inspection — inspection period (7 days)

Check the assets you received and confirm receipt to release the funds.

  4. 4. completed — funds released

Transaction complete. The business is now yours.

Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm receipt of the assets.

Make an offer

Buyers send offers with an optional message. The seller can accept, decline or counter with a different amount — the full history stays visible to both sides.

Sign in to make an offer — it takes a few seconds and the seller is notified by email.

Ask the seller

Ask about revenue, tech stack, or the handover process. The conversation stays within the platform.
